Well I just got back from the dyno and it didn't go exactly as planned.
The good news is that it went better than last time!! The first thing was some crap gas. They must have the refineries cranked up and are putting out some crappy gas, or I just happened to get crap gas (holiday 93). There was also an issue with boost creep. The wastegate hole in the PTE housing must not be big enough. I am going to have to take that off and port it out. I ended up making 397whp at 5200 rpm (had to let off because of creep) on pump gas. The power was climbing really good and mid to upper 400's should be obtainable on pump.
Put 10 gal of 111 (Steve Hill pump gas

) in so we could ignore the boost creep and get some more RPM out of it. The AEM was set to shut off if the boost hit 25 psi, this happened at 6300 RPM and it made 455 whp. Power was still climbing good, but there was a blurp of coolant when Shane let off. Rut roh. I hadn't retorqued the head studs, so I did that. Made one more run, but it didn't help and blew coolant.
There were a few loose nuts on the one end. I never checked the head when I got it back from the machine shop either. It could be machined wrong. I will pull the head off and check things out. Even short shifting at 5500 RPM, it was a run drive home. I got on it a couple of times once I was getting close to home. She was running low on coolant when I pulled onto my street

At least I didn't start any fires this time!!
