Sure it does, it just has a bolt with a crush washer blocking it off. As already mentioned cams aside they are exactly the same
As for the lower half of the engine the rods, crank, and block are the same. The pistons, clutch, flywheel, trans are different and the engine lacks oil squirters but they could be installed easily enough by a machine shop.
