With my car I got some extra parts, one of them was an ecu. It looks like mine (1g) but the #'s on them are diffrent. How do I tell if it is a 1g, 2g, a/t, m/t, turbo, non turbo, ect. Just wondering what I have laying here.
Drives: She is 22, black, slow and does not play fair.

Where is Craig on this! Just joking Craig. Like Eric says post up some picts and the number on the on ECU. Every little bit helps when it comes to these questions.
2 plugs or 3? 3 would be 1G and there is no difference between M/T and A/T ECU's. I'm sure Lightning can get you more specifics once you post all the details.
