New member of the family!

I have been looking around for one of these for quite some time. And a couple of weeks back I finally found one I really like. Unfortunately since I was a little slow on the fundage side of the deal, I was beat out on the purchase. Well after some hunting, I found the guy who bought it(thanks 1quick4) and thanks to my girlfriend who had some money laying around, we negotiated a price that pleased us both. So in the end I ended up with the car, a bit more than what he had bought it for(but I love the car and it was worth it), and have been driving it since.

I had to swap a radiator(the old one had a cracked endtank), so I looked around while I was doing that and then decided to do an EGR/Emissions removal. This is so stock it is amazing, even down to that little factory BCS, yay 8 psi!

I am so glad to have this as I needed a reliable(as reliable as a DSM can be) daily driver while the Talon was either broken or getting improvements. And it is great to have a DD with a turbo.

Very nice and clean! Im really surprised that the guy let you buy it from him haha. I know if I just bought that car I wouldnt want to give it up unless I was handed a nice offer over what I got it for... it would have to be a nice offer lol

Re: New member of the family!

Believe me, I was suprised too. But thankfully I have a caring girlfriend willing to give me some money. But she also made me promise not to mod it too extreme. Hopefully I can push the limits of her definition of "too extreme".

Re: New member of the family!

Speaking of VR4's....a few nights ago Reid and I saw some middle-aged woman driving a very clean white one down 169. She turned off on 62 west...maybe she's in the know

Re: New member of the family!

Glad you guys could work out a deal

That was a clean car, not to often you see those cars in stock un-hacked trim.
