Happiest day of my life!!
Well I have a new addition to my family and I'm a daddy now!! Dominic Michael Goodhart was born at 2:22AM on Sunday November 22nd, and yesterday was by far the happiest day of my life!! He came out a 8 lbs, 11oz. beautiful healthy baby boy!
And of course I had to put him in his good luck Vikings hat during yeterdays game while we watched from the hospital!! It must have worked cause they won 35-9.

Re: Happiest day of my life!!
Enjoy him, the first year and a half go by way too fast. They are truely a joy to have. Once they start moving around and getting into everything it gets a little frustrating at times, but you will learn a whole new type of patience.
**best advice i can give** Get your girl to Breast feed, (i havent lost a single night of sleep... she has though. he he he....)

Re: Happiest day of my life!!
Congrats - I remembered this from the hottie thread. Mine was born on Thursday night. Good luck with the breast feeding/sleep thing. My wife is doing it and I'm still up half the night just like the first time around!

Re: Happiest day of my life!!
I have always slept very heavy. Friends have tried kicking me to get awake still no go.

Re: Happiest day of my life!!
Congrats, great looking boy, and big too! Our third is now three months old and just barely sleeping four hours a night, luckily my wife is up with her every night. Your odds are probably about 50/50 on if they'll be fussy or not, some are, some aren't. Our first one was a breeze, still is. This one has been tough, but no less rewarding. Fatherhood beats anything else.
