Now that's what I've been waiting to see!! Thanks
It looks good, seems like they knew what they wanted to build it for. I want one!

Yeah, who knows, maybe it'll be better then the 4G63?! Well basically if it was equal, but lighter.. would make it better..

There are K-series pumping 550-600whp on stock UNSUPPORTED sleeves.

Thats not an "open deck" like a Honda, that is semi open, or semi supported deck kinda like an STI. From the looks of it, they supported it in the direction of thrust, so I'm thinking it will be solid. Also the thickness of the sleeves(and I'm sure the base) are much thicker then most Honda sleeves. This was built with power in mind if you ask me.

looks quite strong, especially for a stocker. im still anxious to see new dyno numbers for the X's, especially after seeing what HKS's mods did..

Please note the other thread about evo X dyno numbers AMS's initial bolt-ons are yielding 87whp gains w/o any tuning!

Same with AGP, seems they are just like the original DSM, but better.

Re: 4B11T engine pics - the guts!
Lol, weight. Just do regular weight saving mods.

Re: 4B11T engine pics - the guts!
Here's some real measurements of the new rods, they are bigger than on a VIII/IX:
http://forums.evolutionm.net/showthread.php?t=325201
VIII/IX rods are 13.36mm x 18.26mm
X rods are 16.28mm x 20.20mm
Anyone have a set of eagles or crowers just for comparison purposes?

Re: 4B11T engine pics - the guts!
I have an Eagle and Pauter rod here, Its not size but material that makes the Eagle/Crower/Pauter rods stronger then stock. They are forged 4130 Chrome Moly vs forged steel.
