Re: Dear members of this board:
I only rode in it once, but it was a sweet car. I'm sure it won't be missed for long though.

Re: Dear members of this board:
Well guys, so here is the story:
Not quite two weeks ago I find out I have a baby in Ann Arbor, MI so I decided to do the responsible thing and sell the S2k so I am able to better afford her. The current mother can't afford to take care of her any longer so I'll be going out there this weekend to pick her up and bring her home. My girlfriend, Scheides, and Anna have been very supportive through this whole ordeal and will be coming with me. Scheides and I are actually going to leave Janelle and Anna in Chicago to shop while we go take care of "the business" if you will. I've only seen pictures, but after a lot of phone calls and emails I think I have a pretty good idea of what I am getting into. The girlfriend isn't real happy, but selling the S2k and this, what can you expect. Anyway, I'll post up some pictures of the S2k being towed away a little bit later. I'll update the thread with pictures next weekend too, I hope everything goes as smooth as possible...

Wow. You did do the right thing, that's pretty responsible of you to sacrifice toys and take in what is yours.
Maybe next year you will have a Evo 8's $1000 Project Thread?

It is good to see someone stepping up when they need to. Good luck with everything and don't be afraid to ask help from friends when you need it.

Re: Dear members of this board:
I heard your son's name is Lance, isn't is Chris? Must be a lot for you and Janelle to take in, the whole ideaR of it all makes me wonder what my life would be like if I had to sell my car just to be able to afford a new baby. The whole idea of being a father seems a bit intimidating and maybe even rEvolutionary to your lifestyle.
Way to man up, buddy. I'm proud of the decision you made.
