When we go canoeing in WI on Memorial Day weekend, I'll try to get some snapshots of some eagles. Those things are HUGE!!!!!!! If you've never seen one close, you can never appreciate the shear size of these things.

Bald eagles are neat. Down near Winona a few years ago one swooped down in front of me to pick up a rabbit and I sear the wingspan of that thing was just as wide as my car!

Eagles are huge. I was at a middle school last year and they had a demonstration from the raptor center going on. Very awesome creatures, makes a person proud to have them as our national bird.

But those birds are sexy. Its cool to have them growing again and more visible.
