Just tack them on Jet and then grind them when you remove them. Shit this has to be the third of four time you have had to remove the tranny because of this. Wonder why? The twin disk rattles a lot? Motor mounts? Its weird.

Have you tried getting new flywheel bolts? Maybe the stockers are stretched and not holding anymore similar to when you reuse manifold-to-turbo bolts.

What about drilling a small hole through the head of each bolt and putting a safety wire through them?

Tack weld and safety wire have both been considered. I will probably do one of the two next time if this doesn't hold. Probably the tack weld.
