One thing I don't know is cost, are tattoos spendy? THis one will probably be 4 or 5 inches tall by 6 or 7 inches wide and to start with all black and white with lots of shading.
I got 4 kanji symbols going down my arm and they're all about 1.5"x1.5" and it cost $140. Something like you're planning on getting sounds like it might be a bit more than $200 or so.

Re: Tattoo Shops

I got two dragons across my sholders, it was a total of $300 (after i tipped $50) but it was a very reputable shop in CA. It didnt hurt at all, (but then again im mad buff yo. LOL ) the best i can describe it is it feels like someone is rubbing a knife on your skin over and over again.
