Question Anyone have access to Mitsubishi Part numbers?

Hey all,

I need a part number and pretty fast. I'll describe what i need. In side the transmission, you see the viscous coupler, when you pull the snap ring off and take the V.C. off, you then see the center diff. There is 2 steel balls that go in a hole on each side of the center diff. They mate with the shaft that goes to the Transfer case. I lost one of the steel balls. Can someone please help me???

It's a '99 Eclipse GSX.

I could also use the part numbers for the 2 transmission axel seals where the half shafts go into as well.

THANKS!!!

Re: Anyone have access to Mitsubishi Part numbers?

Well guy,

The caps only show one ball. SO iasked one our senior technicianS and he claims theres only one ball. He said there might be a spot for 2 but there should only be one. Let me know if this helps...

Re: Anyone have access to Mitsubishi Part numbers?

Chris, thank you very much. That helps alot! I do have the one. Since the center shaft has a hole on each side i just assumed there was two. You can't imagine how much i looked on the floor yesterday. I was even looking for bearings that i could break open use the ball.

Thanks for checking.

I'm going to PM you.
