Putting performance Cams in a 99 GS-T

So I bought a set of comp 101100 cams for my 99 GS-T Spyder, and I was reading my Haynes manual about putting them in, now my only question really is, will the torque specs be the same and what not? I mean I know the lobes are really the only things that are bigger, but not exactly sure.

Anyone want to help me as well, considering i've never done this before...?

Torque specs on what? The cam caps? Yes. They drop in like any stock cams, follow the Hayne's procedure which unfortunately requires a timing belt job to do it right.

You will want to make sure those cams don't require upgraded springs and retainers though, I'm not familiar with their products anymore.

Those cams dont require it. Nearest equivilant to that came is a 262 hks or less. I had 101200s on my car and they were fine.

Good cams, I had the 200's in my blue 1G and they were fine on stock springs. Good 16g setup!

Search around for a real how-to, doing the full timing belt is silly.

oh wait, here you go:
