Presidential race
Who's your candidate? I'm sticking Republican but have not decided on which candidate to support. I do like this though:

I pray to the good Lord that Hillary Clinton does not win the race.

Re: Presidential race
I'm going Obama. I'd shit if Clinton made it into power, and I'm on the liberal side of moderate.

You could have kept this civilized, but I wouldn't expect that from a cult-following misgynist.

Re: Presidential race
Go Clinton. I'm voting for her because I want to spite all of you. But at least I'm honest. If there was a republican I felt would do a better job, I'd think long and hard about that candidate before I voted big D, lol.

Re: Presidential race
Yeah, pretty much anyone but Clinton. Obama has some good points, but some really bad points too. I think Hillary will probably be the D candidate. What I am scared of is the Dem's voting for her and a chunk of the normally Rep women voting for her too.

Your a fucking idiot. Any vote for republican is a wasted vote, the republican party might as well turn independent, because they would have a better chance. They are the most corrupt group of politicians ever to lead america into a shithole. Fuck republicans.
I am hoping that neither Obama nor Clinton makes it for the dems. I would love to see John Edwards win the democratic vote.
The reason i dont see obama or clinton winning the vote is because they fight with each other too much. A) If clinton wins we will have the same two families holding the presidential office for 22 years. Yeah i dont think so scooter. B) Unfortunatly in this messed up society Obama will never win the south or racist people who would rather see bush run again then to have a black president.
I think the best case scenario is for John Edwards to be the next president, he is very mellow, actually knows how to speak in public, and isnt a fucking redneck hick.

Re: Presidential race
This country is due for a radical change. I haven't really followed the candidates much, but I know I won't vote for McCain or Guiliani. Clinton really followed with my mentality while she was a senator. Once there are the front-runners, and I'm sure it will be her for the Democrats, I'll be following the race. And if Clinton makes the ticket, then you know Obama will be her running-mate. Should be a great year in the making!

You're kidding, right? Most corrupt, now that's good. That $850K in illegal campaign contributions to Hillary that she had to give back, now that must have just been an honest mistake. To think that floor sweepers in Chinatown couldn't have possibly afforded the $1000/plate contribution is just ludicrous.
Everybody is entitled to their opinion. If you want to vote democrat because you think they'll do a better job, good for you. It'll take a lot of anger to get America to vote Democrat next year when they can't keep from putting their feet in their mouth time and time again with needless smear campaigns. It'd be nice to actually see some actual substance from any of them instead of simply pointing out the supposed faults of others.

Re: Presidential race
Tom is a typical democrat, he spouts of about everything, but doesn't know the facts or back anything up. There are some that aren't like that, so I am not talking about all democrats, just the ones that give them a bad name. I am pretty independant and have voted for both parties. I tend to be more republican than democrat though.
Hey Tom, are you telling me Bill Clinton wasn't corrupt? You just have to accept the fact that ALL politicians are corrupt, they have to be to get that far. It is really sad actually.

Re: Presidential race
Is there any candidate that is a good choice right now?!...
I usually vote D but this election looks hopeless... You would think that there would be a better candidate then Hillery or Obama... I mean it should be really easy for the democratic party to come back after what Bush has done. There is a lot of people not happy about how are government is run.
Either way I think we are going into a recession for the next couple of years so I hope whoever is president will do some what of a decent job. We will have to see.

Lets let History do the Fact searching:
Fact: We have been in IRAQ for a many years now for the supposed "search for WMDs", which then turned into a war on terrorism, (without finding any evidence of WMDs, and also werent the terrorists supposed to be from afghanistan?) without backing from the UN council, to which we are still at war and losing soldiers and lives of innocent civilians. Plus now there are talks of going into IRAN because they supposedly have WMDs as well, Who decided to go to war? President BUSH! Who backed him REPUBLICANS, WHY? Because of contributions from Haliburton, and other war profiteers. What is the real reason we are at war in Iraq? we need something, what? OIL.
You can say this war is fighting Terror all you want but if it were really only for fighting Terror why arent we in Africa saving people from their government and rebels recruiting kids to murder millions of people?!?!? There is nothing in africa that is worth our time there.
FACT: Republican Congress and the Bush Budget has put our country in deeper debt then ever before.
Please read this six page document from the 109th congress, back when the congress was under control of Republicans. http://appropriations.house.gov/pdf/...dgetReport.pdf
FACT: http://www.tvnewslies.org/html/the_t...e_w__bush.html
Read up fellas.
Have you guys been asleep for the past 8 freakin years. We have had 2 Bush Presidents, Each one has waged war with iraq. Each one fucks us over. Just waiting for Jeb Bush to get in line.
Clinton wasnt even 1/1000th as corrupt as bush and cheney. Clinton was a lover not a fighter. He believed in deplomacy rather then brute force tactics. Hillery used to be really great, she was trying to get universal healthcare, but the republicans who are backed by the AMA and Pharmacy companys created such a web of lies that she got shut up. and then one day she started taking contributions from the same people that were backing the republians.
Maybe you guys should do a little more research before you call me out.

Also, it didnt take much for the Democrats to take back the congress did it.
And the polls that said "Get us out of Iraq NOW!" by a majority vote by THE PEOPLE, went Ignored by Bush... Yeah republicans make GREAT presidents.

Hey Mr. Pot calling the Kettle black. I never heard of Al Gore's former company getting monopolistic contracts for security or whatever when bill clinton was doing his little kosovo or baltic nation micro-war thing.
When talking about corruption, you should try to consider that there are different levels. The extent to which the current bush administration is corrupt is pretty rediculous compared to clinton's admin. But arguing about the past is goddamn retarded, so I'm going to stop. Remember, the election that we are concerned about is in a year. Remember, remember, the 2nd of November!

Sorta like the half trillion dollar illegitimate war over WMD's that didnt exist?
And yes, some democrats like to get whiney and piss and moan all the time, but I've read plenty of senseless and uninformed conservative war banter as well.
