Nice, but that's a laggy bitch. What engine and internals are you using?

Hopefully once that bitch gets spooled you can keep it that way. Nice numbers though.

Nice #'s. It is amazing that a honda 2.2 builds less torque than a mitsu 2.0 though. What boost was that at?

Sorry Jet but you are mistaken. Here's a dyno of John L.'s 2.0 with the same turbo and same boost. Stupid V-tAk

Re: Dynoed my Honduh Accord yesterday....
He was "only" making 530 whp though, get a graph of a DSM making 604whp once and see what the torque is.

Where are some 600whp 2.0l dyno graphs? Lag makes less torque, if it spooled earlier, it would make more torque. It would be hard to spool that turbo on a 2.0l DSM any quicker though, without a bunch of nitrous, since it has 1.5ls more displacement. When he does cams, intake manifold, etc the torque will probably stay the same, but the HP will go up up up and look more like a VTEC car. The top end power is getting choked bad by all the small stock shit on it.

Re: Dynoed my Honduh Accord yesterday....
Yeah, I can tell he was hitting a wall. That is a 3.5l ?? Seems like a ton of lag for a 3.5l.

This is a 2.0L DSM making almost the same amount of power. It lacks torque.

Re: Dynoed my Honduh Accord yesterday....
Cause DSM's are gay, and the slowest thing to ever exist. I'm going to mod my 87 Accord to be just like his car, but I will make more torque with the 2.0L SOHC non VTEC mad phat tyte shit honda motor. Geezz, if this was a DSM (2.0 or 2.4) all of the posts would have said nice numbers, go run some 10's.

an 87 accord is the most generic car on the fucking road. Get a job that pays more, because I would rather piss on an 87 accord than drive it

Sarcasm was used there, just to let you know. I happen to have a Galant VR4.
An 87 Accord was my first car.

Re: Dynoed my Honduh Accord yesterday....
Randy, piss on the haters, some of us realize the time, energy, and $$$$ it takes to build a setup that puts out that level of power. I'm very impressed on what you were able to do with stock upper end and intake. Shane, John and Cher let me know how much it took to get your car from not running to 600WHP when I was there earlier today. John did a great job on the cage, buildup and install. Elite again has shown their know-how when it comes to tuning turbo vehicles.
I have to say I wasn't a big fan of Randy's car when I first saw it, I have a whole different opinion on his rice ride now.
As someone pointed out to me earlier today, "it's interesting at how a dsmer goes about building and tuning a honduh."
Good job!
Jim
