Ever notice how no one ever cares to define rice?

Oh wait... I guess you can't have a decent looking car without wanting to spend a lot on making your car as fast as a stock turbo model.

Someone tell me the purpose of trying to make an RS fast? Or why everyone is helpful up until one moron goes "OMG RICE LOLOMGWTF!!!111oneonone"

If I was looking for performance, I would've bought a 1g GSX or AWD TSI.

Edit:

Let's go down the list, shall we?

Tacky, giant wing - No
Vinyls/Other Decals - No
Underbody Neons - No
Neons of any kind for that matter - No
TV in the car - No
Game system in the car - No
BOV Effect - No
Body Kit (Not Always Necesserily Rice, but possibly) - No
Big, chrome rims - No
FMIC Effect - No
Altezzas (Yet again, Not necesserily rice, but a lot of people seem to think so) - No
"Dual Exhaust" - No

So please, enlighten me as to what I was doing to my car that was rice.

Well, since you can be so cocky, I'm sure you can answer this simple question.

WHY is it rice?

Edit:

Either you're a slow typist or you don't know what to say, possibly both, because you've been looking at this forum for the past 5 minutes now. So I'd like to ask you to not speak if you don't know what you're talking about. :naughty:

Anyways, back to the topic at hand, if anyone has an idea on where I could get this stuff cheaper, any help is appreciated.

You go on about it just as much as I do, and I'd like to move on and get on with what the thread was intended to be about.

I'm sure you'd get annoyed when everyone says whatever you're going to do that's not a performance mod is rice.

i dont consider every mod that isnt performance to be rice, but a carbon fiber dash kit? i consider that rice. wouldnt that be adding weight since you would place it over the existing dash?

I drive an RS. I don't really care about performance at this point in life. Maybe if I had a decent car I would, but I'm not going to spend $3000 to get it to run slower than a stock GST.
