car: 97 talon w/gsx body conversion
engine: 7 bolt independent thrust 4g63, wiseco pistons, scat rods, stock 2g head, 16g ~10-15psi,
computer: 97 stock ecu.
accoding to rre's site: OBD-II 2G ECU's were designed to detect misfires from a sensor reading directly from the crank. A simulated crank signal from the CAS may not be accurate enough for some ECU's.
they also say: A 1G cam angle sensor, (CAS) can be used to provide BOTH the necessary cam and crank signals to the 2G ECU.
i am using the 1g cas as that is what my bro in law had laying around as he helped me a lot with this build. but according to the rre site i can use a 1g cas with the cas harnes instead of having to have a crank and cam sensor like the car originally came with.
ALSO: here it states at the very bottom of the arcticle that the plug wire order should be changed?

so basically if i have researched correctly i need to unchecl the check for misfires box and change my plug wires around?
please any info would be greatfully appreciated.
