Why the hell are couplers so expensive!?
All I need is 2 90* couplers with decently long leg lengths so I can put this front mount on my colt and the cheapest I can find for 2 of them shipped is $86 on ebay.. Is it just me or is that not a f%&kin retarded high price for 2 damn couplers??

Re: Why the hell are couplers so expensive!?
what size are you looking for, and what leg length.
HoseTechniques has 90° in their py350 from 2-3" all with just over 4" leg length for under $20 each

Re: Why the hell are couplers so expensive!?
Sometimes the cheaper the coupler, the softer they are. I like the Extremepsi couplers. Theyre the right amount of hardness for me. Vibrant couplers are even harder but I fild the ID a hair smaller than I like.

Re: Why the hell are couplers so expensive!?
The most this system will see might be 10psi. I'm keeping it at wastegate pressure.

Are you reading anything I'm saying? I need 90* couplers. Yes I know where to get straight ones and for cheap. I'm specifically talking about 90* couplers and how ridiculously expensive they are with at least a decently long leg length.

If you needed straight ones I'd send you to O'Reillys. We stock silicone "radiator hoses", aka straight lengths of coupler.

Re: Why the hell are couplers so expensive!?
www.boostcontrollers.com has a lot of silicone couplers available. I know MAP has Vibrant couplers at decent prices too.

Re: Why the hell are couplers so expensive!?
I bought 2 long leg couplers off ebay awhile back for a decent price, and they've lasted without any issue at 35psi.
I still have one, but the legs are slightly cut down. It's black. If you're interested I could maybe sell you the 1 I still have if you wanted.
I'll try to find where I bought them on ebay though and let you know if i find them.
BTW mine is 2.5", what size do you need?
Edit:
Pretty sure these are the ones I bought. Black 90deg with long leg lengths:
2.5"

or if you needed 2.25"
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2-25-...item3efecb2023
And these are also reasonably priced:

That's still almost $100 for just 2 couplers. Am I the only one that thinks thats a ridiculous price? I wouldn't mind paying that much if I was doing an all out build on my talon that would see 30+psi, but this is for my colt and I'm just doing a budget build. It will see like 10psi max..

Cool, let me know. The cheapest I found on ebay was 32 a piece. Plus 14 for shipping. Which is just as expensive as name brand couplers.
