Help Wanted: Porting Apprentice
We're currently looking for someone to help with the enormous volume of manifold portwork coming out of our facility. Previous porting experience is preferred, but by no means a requirement. We are looking for someone that is hard working and has a passion for the industry. Please keep in mind that this work is repetitive and tedious, however, job security will never be an issue and you will be privy to the benefits of working for one of the fastest growing performance shops in the country! Please direct resumes and/or questions to chris@maperformance.com, we look forward to hearing from you!

Re: Help Wanted: Porting Apprentice
<--- zero porting experience but I do have experience on the lathe! I used to work at Permac Industries in Burnsville and Anderson & Dahlen in Ramsey. I also have my own set of micrometers, feeler gauges, few bore gauges, etc.

Re: Help Wanted: Porting Apprentice
What type of porting are you mainly doing? Fully port everything or just a port match for the gaskets?

They do full port-work on anything you can think off. Bob does amazing work so he is probably one of the best to learn from.

What kind of hours? Is this a part time gig or you looking for someone full time?

Re: Help Wanted: Porting Apprentice
Seeing as he posted it 2 days ago, I'd like to think they haven't made a decision yet haha.
