Evo mega mod day @ my house - pics
Holy crap popsicle we got a lot done today! Some guys on evomn asked for helpinstalling some parts, and we decided to just all help each other and go nuts 2 cars at a time in my garage. I snapped some pics while we were doing stuff today. The best was all the people gathering outside on my street checking out all our cars. There were 6-7 evos parked out front all day, it was cool as hell:
The list of all the crap we got done today. In all we worked on SEVEN evos and we were a well oiled machine by the time we got to the last coupled cars, just mowing through parts installs like crazy. I think we got a set of springs installed on kai's car (EnjoyDriving) in like 45 minutes, it was just detarded.
We went through about 4 12-packs of dew:
After it was over, Anna and her sister Abby showed up in the garage with a fistfull of beers for us!
A few more random shots; jim & trevor:
ExtrmeShawn!

Re: Evo mega mod day @ my house - pics
Definitely a good day. After working on cars for 14 straight hours I am sore as hell though! It was also really nice, for once, to not have a single thing needing to be done on my car

Heh it wasn't really about being cool, just some noob's had asked for help installing some stuff, and we ended up making a list, picking a date, and for the most part everyone showed up and we all helped each other all day. I made a few rules like, 'if you want help on your car, you must help others with their cars' and 'don't let the dogs out' LOL. Real simple and it worked out well, everyone pitched in for food and bevs equally so I think everyone left satisfied and appreciated

omg sometimes being a computer geek sucks. My shoulders are in some pretty serious pain today! I cleaned all the grease out of my finger and it looks like I have 4 deep gashes, all parallel to each other: the two inside ones go through to each other, and hte two outside ones go through to each other (these hurt the worst!). You should have seen the look on 311's face when he saw all the blood; I think he was half thinking about bringing me to the hospital for a couple minutes! I can type tho, and it doesn't feel too bad.

Hehe, yeah I was a bit concerned. I was only one that saw it happen too. You grabbed the release lever deal, yelled *Fahhhhk!* and not a second later you were quickly making your way inside with blood literally pouring out of your finger. It was so quick I couldn't believe it was bleeding that much already!

Re: Evo mega mod day @ my house - pics
Awesome time today, I am pretty sore as well.
I love my springs, thanks Hughes for the good deal on the springs/struts, and thanks to everyone who was there. Especially those who took a hammer to my car in those 2-3 hours of "ghey bolt" time.

Sounds like fun, guys. Would have been better than spending all day in bed with a fever, that's for sure!

Quit buying the turbo of the month and you might be able to afford one. Someday.
