How can a 16 year old be a sex offender with a 15 year old? I thought 2 people under 18 are legal? If the girl was under 18 and the guy is over 18 then its not legal...

Anyone under age 16 can not legally consent. If s/he is between age 16-17, the other has to be within 2 years of age.

it all happed when they were drunk and were datting accordding to everyone there she started it.
and her dad found out and is a cop so that is how it started with the offence. he got fucked from the juge wanting to make a example of him. The law is you have to be with in 12 months from each other at that age (from the wife she is a cop). So he is no a offender got 6months in juvy and 2years pobation and a lot of community service.
That is the deal his lawer got him for pleading guilty. Other wise he was looking at jail time till he turned 18 and still had to sign up as a sex offender

This site must not have all of the listed offenders. I searched Owatonna, where I am from, and only 2 came up. I know one guys name and he was not one of the two that was listed. Shit, Mankato doesn't list any.
