Hey guys, I know some of you saw this before and a few of you expressed interest. Since spring is right around the corner I have began to print some flyers and begin recruiting. A lot of things are in the works right now such as a possible website collaboration along with group gatherings. If you are interested in joining please feel free to email me and I can get you the details...

Here is a copy of our new flyer for anyone interested.

Thanks Jakey! Once we get a larger membership base we are allowed to have up to 25% non-students. And I would have no problem if any of you guys wanted to attend the meetings...Actually they will probably be at University on the weekends so you'll be there anyways!

Should be fun getting some students together with similar interests in cars...

That looks like it should work out pretty well for ya. Also if you are willing to put non-students in you can count me in. I'm down there like every weekend my band plays shows at the dinkytowner:jammin:. Also I know a whole hell of alot of people down there. I am considered a student in the party seen. :toast:

Cool, as soon as we get a few more student members we will be more than happy to have non students as well. Maybe you could spread the word in the party scene? I live in Woodbury and don't hit the U parties too often. Let me know, maybe I could send you some flyers or something...

I just looked at the flyer and the sentence 'street legal drag racing', was an example of an oxymoron in my college english class. hmy: hmy:

No, I'm kidding. I lived by the U scince I moved back here June 01 untill last September. Didn't take any classes but tried to take as many girls as I could.

Is this a student only group?

Would Minnesota Duluth work for students? I'm in the cities all the time.

For now it is just students, in the future we may open it up to non-students, we will have to wait and see.

We are strongly considering a UMD chapter, maybe Cher or Chris could head up the Duluth group? Either way, UMD is a part of the U of M, so if you want to join and you go to Duluth, Morris, or Crookston let me know.

I'd be down for a UMD Chapter, I could deffinately head it up. Unfortunately, Cher is no longer with us (in D-town that is).

Yea this club thing should be a lot of fun. It's kinda funny...I've been going to all the domestic car sites trying to recruit people and chris (v8klla) has been going to the import sites recruiting. Should be fun club since we'll have a lot of both
Oh yeah the club dyno days and track days should be awesome too.

Chris, my only suggestion is that you change the flyer from saying "drag racing" to "racing" since not everyone is interested in the 1/4 mile.
