This is my 91' TSI AWD. Got it back in 1998 with only 42K on it. Right now, I have 82K and am having the engine rebuilt. It came with leather and power everything. I have put an Alpine CD/MP3 player in it and have installed a power sunroof (really nice upgrade).
I am having the engine rebuilt b/c the rings were going bad. My dip stick was constantly coming up and the return oil line from the turbo broke three different times. Not quite sure what was breaking the line, but the rings needed to be redone. I am having all new seals and pretty much anything and everything that needs replaced fixed. I am also having a three angle valve grind job done as well.
As far as other mods go, I have a K&N air filter and have taken off all the intake restrictions. That's it. Thus far it has been a struggle keeping oil in it, but after it comes out of the shop, more mods will come.
