Need help checking out a dsm tonight - I'll pay 50 bucks

There's a guy trying to sell his dsm (91 TSI) to me tonight and since I don't know much about performance mods, I need someone to check it out for me.
The guy is in IL and he's going to come after work - probably reach here midnight or so.
Says he's got a lot of performance stuff, but I need someone to check it out.
I'm willing to pay someone 50 bucks to check out thecar for me - anyone interested? Let me know.

Hey thanks guys. "Atleastitsnotwhite" pm'ed me too in the morning. I'm not sure if he knows how far I am from him.
I'm in Blaine. This will be around midnight - I think. He's coming from Chicago after work - if he doesn't chicken out. I DONT want to piss off anyone of you guys who've offered to help me out, so could you guys please decide who can do this? I really appreciate all of you guys helping me out. Just keep in mind how close I am to you and the timing - He could even be later than midnight if he gets lost or something.

All you have to do is check out the car in general and tell me if his stuff is for real or not.

For the mods that its possible to check out, all you have to do is just tell me if he's lying or not. Example - he says he has eibach springs, 680 cc injectors and 16g turbo. All I need to know is if he's honest - are those parts what he claims what they are? Or did he put some crappy turbo on and claims its a 16g?

Well the 8:1 compression really isn't what makes the turbo spool quick. Thats just a bit more than a 1G is stock. The 16G will spool quick not matter what just because its small. The EVO316G is a good turbo for the street though. The rest of the shit will be easily detectable with someone that knows what they are looking at.

Cool. Atleastitsnotwhite just PM'ed me that he may be south of the cities at around midnight. He may or may not make it, so can one of you guys do it at around that time?

I maybe could depending on what I am doing. You can call me and if I am around I will come and check it out. That is a lot to ask of someone to just sit around all night and wait especially if you are not exaclty sure when the guy is coming.

Evo8 pistons? Those won't work in a 1G.

8:1 to spool fast? 8:1 compression is low.

TRD exhaust? Is it a Toyota?

Biggest Spearco? What is it 50"x100"x6"? You can't fit the biggest Spearco on a DSM.

OK - looks like he's a damn liar. I also caught the carfax report - odometer rollback. The dumbass was sending me the report just before leaving. Thanks for the advice guys. I'm still in the market for an AWD 1G, so let me know if we can do this.
I'd still want someone to check out which ever car I buy, so this offer is still open.
