The best you could find is an article on some Chinese newspaper/website from 2003 about this movie? Looks like it is a must see.

Did they even really make it or was that a "test the waters and see if they will like it" kind of thing? I doubt I would watch it.

Its a movie made for TV which will run on AE, thats why its not as big of a deal vs. going into the theatres...
