Pointless.Your ECU will pull one degree if your coolant temps are between 206F and 224F.And will pull 2 degrees is your coolant temps are above 224F.So you can't fool the ECU into advancing timing, only stop it from retarding at max 2 degrees, and thats only if you are running greater than 224F.If you think it will help, just put like a 100-300 ohm 1/4 watt resistor inline with the CTS wire, and your CTS will read lower than actual, as well as never read above 176F-206F(depending on the resistor used).
