ebay o2 housing
wwll im tired of my dumped wastegate so im looking at re reciulated ones
let me know what you think of them( i have had good luck with ebay exhaust parts dont tell me they arent worth it lol)
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Recir...Q5fAccessories
i like this one because the recirulation tube is short and has the best merge i think into the o2 housing
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/90-94...Q5fAccessories
this is the brand of my dumped 02 now and its held up well they have nice welds
let me know which you think looks better

Re: ebay o2 housing
What about just a ported stock 2g housing?
Otherwise I'd say either would work. The first has a cleaner merge but not really sure how big or noticeable difference it really makes in the end.

Re: ebay o2 housing
i forget where i read it, but it makes a huge diffrence. A guy with a srt4 had a open wastegate and it was to loud for him, so he rerouted it into the exhaust and lost a whoppen 30hp!! that just goes to show you exhaust on a turbo car makes a huge difference..

Re: ebay o2 housing
Off topic: i read in a magazine where they were comparing a 1g awd to a bunch of other cars, the first mod they did was a downpipe, i think it was a 43hp gain lol

Re: ebay o2 housing
Ebay o2 housings have held up fine. I have never seen anyone have an issue with them.

Re: ebay o2 housing
Be aware the Evo3 ones are at an ever so slightly different angle. Not a huge deal, but just something to be aware of.

Re: ebay o2 housing
The one for $99 looks pretty decent; similar to the Megan/eBay o2 housings for the Evo 8/9. Otherwise, a ported EvoIII for $60 is a great buy.

Re: ebay o2 housing
The first one isn't really an "EBay Brand" like SSAC for example, it is a Punishment Racing piece, they actually make some real decent shit.
