I work out at work! Right now, well when I'm done typing, I do them hand crunch things

. The things you hold and compress over and over again and get arm pump. I just started doin' them here at work last week as I am beginning to realise how small my arms really arm.
I don't go to no gym though

. I play frolf and ride street/dirt bmx for cardio, sit-ups at home for teh washboards, and dumbells for the 1-2-3-4 slaps in the TSi.
