why is this site kinda dead?
I've been wondering, how come there's not a lot of posts? Nobody must not have questions about dsm or something.

Re: why is this site kinda dead?
Everybody knows pretty much everything there is to know about DSM's....and all the n00bs can just search and find what they need. This is pretty much just a social board now

Re: why is this site kinda dead?
Information about a car that was discontinued 8 years ago has a way of dissipating, although it'll make it's comeback like everything else.

Do it, thats what the board is here for. Just be sure to search around a bit for some basic/general info to give a better overview of DSM's and their workings.

Of course, search is the first thing to do. But on some dsm forums, its retarded because the same questions gets asked over and over again.

Re: why is this site kinda dead?
Kracka was right, more of a grown up crowd here, now its just noobs from far and wide who want sweet mods on non DSMs, or just cars we don't care about.
But we are here to help and everyone that knows more than me is really really helpful.

Re: why is this site kinda dead?
Because DSM's have been done and done and done and done. And there are a million DSM forums on the intelaweb.
Most of the old timers have gone through every stage of building a DSM known to man, and the new guys are popping in and thinking they have just found the most amazing car to go fast relatively cheaply. Then they get into it and realize they don't know jack. Thats when the DSM mechanic training starts. A few years later, they are now a DSM tech. With so many DSM tech's, who needs a forum to ask questions?

Re: why is this site kinda dead?
LOL
Yeah DSMs have be done and done and done, but so have Honduhs... But then again Honduhs will never be fast so i guess the two have nothing in common. LOL Sorry chris.

A- statement #1 is just sad. Look where your priorities have fallen to!

Re: why is this site kinda dead?
exactly... you can ask questions here but is more chill.. I mean I went from knowing nothing to being able to build a motor and everything for my car (had never changed my own oil before a dsm) and I have most of it memorized... you'll be amazed at all the time you spend learning stuff though

Aren't there only like 3 Evos here, and I'm the only one making less than 300whp. Go you.
