Yogurt in the AM (random breakfast thread)
I forgot how good this stuff is. I should start to eat breakfast in the morning.
Woohoo, today I begin another 7am-??? day at the new shop, but it will be well worth it when its done.
It is suspose to be the most important meal of the day. Honestly, when I have breakfast in the morning, even a small one, I tend to eat less during the rest of the day.
What do you eat for breakfast?

Re: Yogurt in the AM (random breakfast thread)
Lately just a can of Pinapple Juice in the morning, water and a small lunch, and then usually a big meal at night. Lately it's been TGI Fridays, Chevys, or Benihanas!

Re: Yogurt in the AM (random breakfast thread)
I ususally hit up some place in the skyway, lately it's been the German Hot Dog stand for an awesome breakfast burrito (eggs, cheese, hasbrowns & salsa). It's awesome, and fills me up for most of the day.

Re: Yogurt in the AM (random breakfast thread)
I work at 5:30AM, so I don't have much time for breakfast because I sleep as late as I can. So what I usually do is grab a bagel, untoasted, put cream cheese on it, and eat it on the drive to work.

Coffee.
I know I should eat breakfast, and sometimes I do, but more often than not, I don't have anything.

Eating breakfast also helps speed up metabolism which will assist in weight loss!

Re: Yogurt in the AM (random breakfast thread)
Cereal or/and bagels if there's any left. Or just left over food from dinner the night before. Anything will work for me in the morning, just so my stomach doesnt start growling super loud during class (so embarrassing when it's quiet) :-D. I had a Goober sandwich with milk this morning.

Re: Yogurt in the AM (random breakfast thread)
Either a protein shake and some whole wheat bread, or 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bread, and some milk.
I don't give a shit what I have going on, I will NOT skip breakfast. Ever.

Re: Yogurt in the AM (random breakfast thread)
Breakfast is only for eating when you wakeup late enough that it's lunch
Otherwise, breakfast is for sleeping.
