New Parts
I have to say that TkrPerformance couldn't have hooked up better prices for parts I needed. I got a whole 3bolt rear end w/ LSD and Axels for $100 and a set of 4 rims and great tires for $100. He also had a few other misc. parts for cheap as hell too I picked up. I never would have thought I could get this stuff for this good a price, and plus, Mark really knows his shit. I've never met a more knowledgable guy with DSM's besides SlowbubbleCar (James). I just had to give a shout out. I can't wait to see the AWD Spyder. It sounds like his Talon will be just ridiculous too with the new engine and setup he's putting in! Thanks man!

Re: New Parts
I like the movie theater style popcorn they have now for microwave stuff. Tastes pretty good.

I don't know anything compared to many people on here. I just know from some of the problems I have had.

I can't wait to get it installed!
I also got a ported 1g manifold that flows better than a 2g for $10 and he said that I'd most likely get 10HP out of it. And I also got a new valve cover and gasket becuase I have the Hyundai valve cover and the bolts aren't long enough so oil comes out at the cams because it isn't sealed 100% properly.

Re: New Parts
I didn't even bother to read the posts after his first post. I posted without even looking at them.
Why did you need a new 3 bolt? Didn't you just get the car? You should have just got a 4 bolt. You most likely won't need LSD anyhow. The other guy was joking. LSD would be the next best bang for buck item on my FWD right now, but I have a little more done than you.

Re: New Parts
For $125 more you could've gotten Nash's 4 bolt and never have to worry about it again.

Re: New Parts
Well, my rear end is shot and leaking and it clicks severely in reverse and usually the gear pops out, so I couldn't pass it up for $100 and besides, I don't think I'll be making over 300WHP anytime soon, so this'll do just fine.

Re: New Parts
Ok I am going to tell you something. That valve cover does not leak. I installed it. I know ross. Another thing, learn how to launch right, and you will break that shitty 3 bolt. ANOTHER THING! Why the hell did you buy a ported 1g manifold? thats like even more prone to cracking. I might as well add something else, its called don't buy a car if you don't know shit about them. You will learn the hardway though, as you bought a DSM. Even if you think you know shit, you don't. Wow please just stop. Thank you!

Lighten up, I'm sure half the people on here weren't hardcore DSMers from the get go. They bought the car, found out how it reacted to mods and got hooked. Not everyone researches the car they're about to buy 110% (especially non motorsports people.) As for the thinking you know shit and you don't. That's always going to be a factor untill you've had a good 20 seasons tuning with that car.

Re: New Parts
God damn, I guess I'll just stop posting, sorry for not being a complete fucking expert on everything there is know about DSMs. I accept your apology, but You know, I don't get why people have to flip out and shun the living daylights out of the newbs. It's not like I can afford all the best shit, or better than what I can get my hands on. For the most part, I just want this car to be reliable again with no problems or anything that needs repair. And I know the 3bolt will break with launches, which I have no reason to be doing anyway in the snow and shit. People need to hold back and just not fucking rip into people all the time like a lot of you guys do. I mean fuck, just chill and offer what advice or tips you can and leave it at that or read the post and move on with your life. We all share a common interest here, yes some of us are way more hardcore than others, but that doesn't mean that the ones who know it all need to be dicks or anything.
And if my ported manifold cracks, I'll just put my fucking stock one back on, it's not like a spent a billion dollars on the damn thing, it was only 10 fucking dollars, so there's not really a loss there or anything. Mark thinks its a good manifold, and I trust the guy and what he says, so why don't you rip into him about the manifold now.

Re: New Parts
wow
Everyone need to lay the fuck off. Almost everyone here know me and know I sell parts cheap as hell to everyone local and trade parts also for that fact. Yes he is new and want to just get it fixed now so he can drive it. I will bet everyone at one time has done the cheap fix to get your cars going till you have a more cash to do what you want to it if it your only car to drive.
