RedLine Water Wetter

How well does the RedLine Water Wetter work for lowering engine Temperatures? I'm still trying to find ways to make my engine run "close to normal" temperatures as it's running WAY too hot now. On my 1G talon, the needle points to the P in TEMP on the gauge...just a little too hot wouldn't you say? The coolant was flushed this past fall, thermostat was changed and I'm going to need to do a leakdown test pretty soon to see if the headgasket it going out. I heard this Water Wetter works pretty well, but I havent really tried it myself. If it works, I'm gonna have to drop by QPR and pick one up if there's any left.
