Re: The Swap has started! (56k not so good maybe)
There it is! Was a tad bit of a pain in the ass to get it out with the front end damage but we got her!
Thanks to Mr. Hughes for the helping hand! And the anchor afterwards was O so good!
I'm going to add to this thread as the progress continues!

Just a peachy good time Overall we did it pretty quickly which I was glad about considering the front-end was all smashed in and the front motor mount all twisted.

Re: The Swap has started! (56k not so good maybe)
That's really odd because Sunday I was looking at some pictures of that car wondering where it was. I almost gave you a call to see if you had started with it. If your front engine mount bracket got bent, let me know. I'll send you the one that came off of the car. After you guys left I found a plastic bin full of stuff that I was gonna give you. Hope you enjoy the car!

Depending on where you live, I could pick that stuff up for Cory over Thanksgiving weekend. Let me know.

Just misc. nuts, bolts, spare engine brackets for the alt., PS pump and brackets, A/C compressor and brackets, battery and cables, etc. It was just spare stuff between the FWD and AWD car. Nothing big, just some things I thought you could have used here and there. I went to install the turbo timer in my AWD car last weekend so I could leave the car running without having the keys in it and I realized I left the harness plugged into the the FWD car. So if you see a spare plug hanging down under the column, it's the harness for the turbo timer. More pics of the swap!

Re: The Swap has started! (56k not so good maybe)
If you don't want them I'll take them. Spare parts are always good to have as a "just in case" thing. I am not sure what part you need, I will have Chris show me what part is that you need. If Chris want's to pick up that stuff from you he could just bring you the part you need. PM him if that works for you. I'll post more pics once I get my lazy ass out there to start installing.

Re: The Swap has started! (56k not so good maybe)
Cory, we can probably pull that TT harness out this weekend if you'd like. That will only be a couple minute job. We need that alternator bracket he has too...yours got damaged.

Let me know what you need. If I don't have one I can probably come up with one from a friend.
