Best Movies With Sequels

What do you think are actual good movies that where backed up with good sequels? Wether they had one or 2 or 15 more movies made to continue the first. What are soem of the worst done?

I think some of the best where the Lethal Weapon series. Probably one of the best for continuing the charators and not trying to push a new storyline or actors as the feature. In that same area I also though Beverly Hills Cop movies was a great set as well.

Star Wars then Empire Strikes back, then the rest of the movies in the series can go on the worst list.

Terminator 1 was pretty bad because of quality but T2 owned, T3 was ok but not as good as T2.

Rush Hour 1 and 2 were awesome.

Bad Boys 1 and 2 were awesome.

American Pie movies were pretty funny.

Re: Best Movies With Sequels

Indiana Jones got progressively worse, but was still a great trilogy overall.

I would also say the same about the Austin Powers movies, although I never saw the last one, "Goldmember"

Debbie Does... Every city.... and of course Debbie Goes Crazy is good as well.

CFF, there are many sequels, some good, some bad, but all worth a look.

Other great sequels include
Banging Miss Daisy
Austin Plowed-Her
Super Juggs
