I was wondering the difference between all the walro dsm pumps, right now the one i have, if you look at the filter in relation to harness thing on top, it is swapped compared to my stock pump, is this normal, does this mean i have the wrong pump? What do I do =/

You probably have a 1G AWD pump instead of a 2G FWD/AWD pump. You might be able to make it work. I have used the same pump in 1G and 2Gs and got it to fit ok.

it is hard to get it to fit because the niple is on the oposite side, and you can't tighten the botom part that holds the pump in without bending stuff.

your best bet would be to exhange it or from where you got it from OR exchange with someone here...

Shane, since the pump can't fit in the direction it is supposed t because of the filter facing the way it is, did you assemble it with the filter facing 90 degrees to either side from the way it is supposed to be, or how did you make it fit?

I don't know. Maybe it is possible to put a 2G FWD/AWD pump into a 1G AWD, but not the other way around. Or I might have just done it with the higher flow than stock Denso pumps like the one Buschur used to sell and the Supra pump.
