Ok i did a search and much made since to me. Im getting mad knock. my last log was RPM 7031, KNOCK 21, O2R 0.87V, TPS 96%, TIMING 14', COOLANT 196.2F, AIR TEMP 72.6F, BATT 13.9V. I got a 56 trim, 660 inj. safc, 255hp fuel pump unrewired, supra sidemount, 17.5 boost, 2.5" intercooler piping, stock bov, 2g mafs, new 10.4 tailor wires, and ngk (brs6es) plugs and thats it. So and i cant get rid of the knock at all. So any help would be great.

And the MAFS is at 1603.9. If i add fuel (just 1 percent) it POPS thought the exhaust pipe.

You might want to try some BPR7ES plugs instead also.

Would that happen with a cold motor. Cold warn hot it knocks all the time.

Your lean, and try a range colder plugs (7's) or two range colder (8's).
sometimes you need to add alot of fuel to get away from the popping (there are two sides of the 'good tune curve', you can be way lean and it acts kinda rich when you barely add fuel, or you can be way way rich, but when you add fuel to that, nothing changes.
Try doing a pull at 0 on the afc and see what happens and lean out from there.
tps should read 100% btw.
