Yeah I've "nudged" myself (aka felt the back of the car lift up when it shouldn't) when pulling forward after backing in a parking lot thinking I was now in drive. Distractions happen.

Sometimes ppl go too far past the staging lights, then have to back up and then forget to go back into "D" or however those GTR's work.
