Rediculous.

California needs to just fall into the ocean already... Next time I see a bad car wreck, maybe I should just not help at all.

Further proof that there is something seriously wrong with this society.

Re: Rediculous.

I guess I would be kinda pissed I was paralyzed too after I found out my car DIDNT start on fire. But I couldnt fault her for trying. I just think people need to understand when its dire, and when its not. No flame, no need to pull the person. If the smoke is too thick and will kill them, then move them. If there is a flame, get them the eff out. People just need to be more cautious with their good doings.

With that said, the courts of Cali are effin dumb for trying to slay this woman. She just needs to learn some more common sense in these situations.

Re: Rediculous.

it says in the artical that it is unknown if the paralysis is due to the crash or because of the rescue.

how would you feel if you were stuck in a car after a crash, could barily move reguardless, and somone told you that they cant help you because you arnt in "medical" danger, as in fire or carbon monoxide.

another thing to take into account is that it is not often that after a crash somone cant move on there own to the point that they need to be draged out of the car, unless something is very wrong to begin with.
