User Name Changes--opintions needed

I've had a few requests lately from people to change their user name. I obviously have the power to do this, and we do not have the points system like we used to have. Does anyone have suggestions on what a good way to do this would be? I do NOT want people just changing their names willy-nilly, I answer enough stupid questions that have already been answered and as such dump a LOT of time into admining this site. The ban-a-member has added to this, and that is totally fine, but I just want people's opinions on name changing thing. Options include a one-time fee/donation, service donation to the site (i.e. being bitch at a dyno day or something), etc.

Name changes are probably a hassle, but sometimes are necessary for some folk I suppose.

What is an opintion?

If someone is a bitch at an event, they get to grill and I'll boss them around like the dude on Dinner: Impossible.

Glad I got some people's attention with the misspelled title :P How would people feel about these options:

-$25 donation to MitsuStyle.com
-prize donation for an event, must be worth $25 (this is preferable to the basic monetary donation)
-be bitch at an event. This means you take orders from Me, MattD, and anyone else I say, come early for setup and possibly stay late for clean-up. You need to flip hot dogs when he says flip and move tables when I say move them. If you receive two orders at the same time, you then also have to do push-ups. Maybe you'll get to do the pull-off by yourself too :P If you ask what this is, then you are FOR SURE doing it by yourself.

All of these come with stipulations. No name changing more than once every 6 months. Your name will not change until you have fulfilled your duty to MitsuStyle. No more than 3 bitches per event.

Name changing sucks, you lose track of who is who. It sucks trying to reply to a PM when that person doesn't have the same name too.

I think we'll have to post a thread about name changes as well, either by me with a run of the changes, or an actual post in member intros announcing the change and why they wanted it.
