Guy stabs and beat his ex-girlfriend.

A friend of mine just posted this on his myspace about two friend of ours. Why do things like this have to happen? It unacceptable. This world is terrible.

The Complainant, being duly sworn to the above-named Court and states that there is probable cause to believe that the Defendant committed the following offense(s). The complainant states that the following facts establish PROBABLE CAUSE:
I, the undersigned, am an Investigator with the Burnsville Police Department. I have investigated this matter, read the reports and statements of others, and state the following to be true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
On Monday December 11, 2006 at about 6:20 p.m. Burnsville Police responded to a report of a woman screaming for help and a man attempting to drag the woman into a SUV in the 13800 block of Community Drive, in Burnsville, Minnesota. The man had already fled the area with the woman prior to police arriving. Upon checking the area police discovered a jacket, boot, and cell phone scattered about. Inside of the jacket they found identification for J.B., a 19 year-old woman. Police also noticed a large amount of blood in the grass and tracks from someone being dragged. Police discovered that J.B. currently had an order for protection against the defendant, John Carlos Juvland.
Police identified and spoke to some witnesses at the scene. J.R.W. told police he was in a nearby building when he heard yelling outside and looked out a window to see what was happening. J.R.W. said that he saw a man

kick and punch a woman several times. He then saw the man drag the woman to a nearby SUV. The man opened the door and forced the woman inside. K.R.M. told police that she was working in a nearby building when she heard a woman screaming for help. She looked out a window and saw a woman on the ground and a man dragging the woman toward a SUV. K.R.M. went outside and approached the SUV, she told police that the man told her to call police. K.R.M. then called 911.
At about 7:31 p.m. that evening Burnsville Police responded to a report of a woman with multiple stab wounds at the Fairview Ridges Hospital. While enroute to the hospital police learned the woman with stab wounds was J.B. Police met with hospital security who told them J.B. was brought to the hospital by a man currently outside of her hospital room. Police went to the room and saw the defendant sitting outside of her room. The defendant was had blood on his clothing. The defendant was taken into custody. In the parking lot of the hospital, police located J.B.’s SUV. Police could see a large amount of blood inside of the vehicle.
Investigator Pfaff responded to the hospital and met with J.B. J.B. explained to the investigator that she used to date the defendant. A couple of months ago the defendant assaulted her and was arrested. J.B. obtained an order for protection after that incident. J.B. told the investigator that since that time the defendant has followed her, stalked her, and threatened her. J.B. recounted one recent incident during which he held a gun to her head and threatened to kill her. She told the investigator that she continued to have contact with the defendant because he would become angry if she did not. J.B. said she received a call from the defendant during the day of December 11, 2006 and he asked her to pick him up after he got done with work at Buckhill. She arrived at Buckhill at about 6:00 p.m., the defendant got into her SUV and she began to drive him home. They got into an argument and he told her to pull over. J.B. stopped her vehicle. The defendant then told her that she was not going home and to get into the backseat. J.B. told the investigator she was afraid and that she climbed over the front seat into the backseat. She then opened a rear door and ran. J.B. said the defendant chased her, grabbed her, and threw her to the ground. She said that he hit her in the head a couple of times and began hitting, punching, and stabbing her. J.B. could feel pain from the strikes, but did not realize she was stabbed until she saw she was bleeding. The defendant then dragged and carried her back to the SUV and put her in the front seat. At that point a woman approached them.

The defendant told the woman that J.B. was hurt and to call 911, but he drove off as soon as the woman left. J.B. explained that the defendant drove south on Interstate 35 past Lakeville. During this time, J.B. was in pain and repeatedly asked him to take her to a hospital. The defendant refused. He told her he would go to jail if he took her to the hospital. Eventually the defendant agreed to take her to the hospital as long as she agreed not to tell them what happened. J.B. explained she did not initially tell hospital staff what had happened because she did not know if she was safe. J.B.’s injuries were stabilized at Ridge’s Hospital and she was then transferred to the Hennepin County Medical Center for possible surgery.
Investigator Scribner obtained medical records of J.B. and spoke to one of the doctors regarding this incident. Investigator Scribner learned that J.B. was stabbed in the abdomen once. That wound was approximately 1.5 centimeters wide and 5 centimeters deep. There were also two stab wounds to the upper left side of J.B.’s chest. One of those wounds were approximately1 to 1 ½ centimeters wide and 5 centimeters deep and the other is approximately 4 centimeters deep. J.B. also had four larger stab wounds on her lower back.
Investigators Scribner and Pfaff met with the defendant at the Burnsville Police Department. The defendant was read the Miranda Warning and agreed to speak with police. Initially the defendant denied that he had assaulted J.B. Rather, he claimed to have found her injured and acted as if he was trying to help her. Later, the defendant acknowledged that J.B. had picked him up after work at Buckhill. He told investigators that they got into an argument. The defendant acknowledged that J.B. was afraid at that point. He said that J.B. got out of the car and ran. He got out and ran after her. The defendant explained that he pushed her to the ground and took a three-inch buck knife out of his pocket, opened it, and began stabbing J.B. He thought he stabbed her four or five times. He said that he was standing and J.B. was on the ground while he was stabbing her. He told investigators that he carried J.B. to the car, but acknowledged that she was struggling. The defendant then drove down Interstate 35 south of Lakeville and onto side roads in the Elko area. At some point he said he threw the knife out of the car window. He acknowledged that J.B. was bleeding a lot, said she was in a lot of pain and wanted to go to the hospital, but that he did not want to take her there because he knew he would get into trouble.

And I used to work with a bunch of former inmates at the moving company, and this one native american guy said when he was in juvy, he could hear white kids getting ass raped and screaming. So, wherever he goes, he'll get it up the ass.

Luckily, I found out she is now out of the hospital. I also found out that he had a number of warrants for traffic violations, and even one for stalking on top of that. Yahh... He'll be rotting!

I agree. After reading some of the messages on his myspace it makes you wonder.

Some people say she deserved it but I find that hard to believe no matter the situation.
