Good luck with the new position! You'll have to make sure the new guy knows that we Iowa folk receive special treatment.

Congrats on the promotion! Is there a possibility of having a similar type operation at your new store, with the discounted DSM parts?

We'll make him feel welcome just like we did to you. Tell him to get signed up ASAP so he knows how this place works.

Very true. It must be nice to work for a company that rewards for good work rather than hounding when you only do something wrong.
Congrats.

Re: sad but exciting day.....
I just met the new guy today, I was up there picking up a tensioner pulley. He seems nice, kinda seems like he's unsure of the shoes he's filling. Like he has a lot on his plate that he wasn't ready for. But seemed nice though, I told him to come hit up the forums.
