What oil feed setup are you using, and how is it working out?

Hey, just contemplating where to feed my journal bearing oil only turbo from, and whether I should be using a restrictor and or filter on my mostly stock engine that DOES NOT have balance shafts. The oil filter housing thing has not been ported either. Lets hear about what you're using for your oil feeds!
