Race gas locations (100 octane)

Anyone have a the old thread around? I can't seem to find any info on locations . I'm looking for 100 octane in the NW Burbs. Specifically Rogers or Elk River.

There's a place off of Rockford Road and 494 that carries 100 unleaded

Bobby and steves at like 38th and Central carries 111, but I believe it's leaded.

Re: Race gas locations (100 octane)

The Shell near Rockford Rd (CR9) and Hwy 169 carries 110-leaded and 100-unleaded.

I believe this is the place you were thinking of Scheides, none of the 3 gas stations near Rockford and 494 carry anything above premium.

I've already told him about CTY RD 9 (rockford road) and 169, but that is "to far" to drive.

Did you tell him to stop being such a pussy and to just get it when he comes to Applebees or have Jana get some on her way home from work?

No, he failed to mention those options. Good thing to since neither is an option this week.

Got these actual locations from MN Mazda.

Holiday Station Stores #341
Hamline at Marshall
St. Paul, MN 55104

Not sure of the price, but the gas is street legal, 100 octane, unleaded fuel. It is the Sunoco 260 GT brand. It is about 2 miles from Porky's.

And, if that does not work, here is a full list for the Twin Cities:

Speedway SuperAmerica
5337 Shoreline Blvd.
Store # 4194
Mound, MN 55364
(952) 472-5559

Wayzata Automotive
1022 Wayzata Blvd.
Wayzata, MN 55391
(952) 473-9451

4 Seasons Automotive
9950 County Road 9
Plymouth, MN 55442
(763) 553-9113

Kisch Oil Company
17470 113th Ave North
Maple Grove, MN 55369
(763) 428-2887

Re: Race gas locations (100 octane)

I got some century juice from four seasons (Rockford/169) a couple of weeks ago and they have dropped the 110 leaded from their lineup. Also, I believe they are no longer a shell station for some reason...

I'm assuming this is able to be pumped right in the car?

Re: Race gas locations (100 octane)

Hey AJ,

Your local boy will hook you up. This is the place you want:

Kisch Oil Company
17470 113th Ave North
Maple Grove, MN 55369

Its right on County 81 past the go-kart place and close to Crystal Welding. Turn by the "Dayton Industrial Park" sign. They have 100 unleaded and 110 leaded. Its pay at the pump.

Its only a few miles from your house, so that should be close enough for ya.

later,
Curt

Don't forget about all the Holiday Stations that carry E85. 100+ octane, and unleaded, and cheap.

Aaron found the other day that not all the Holiday stores carry e85. Anyone know why some do and some don't?

Curt,

Damn, never even knew there was a gas station back there. I'll probably check it out tonight or tomorrow. Thanks!!

Re: Race gas locations (100 octane)

I don't know why, but the ones that do have it, usually have it displayed on their price board sign thing. Just gotta look for that, or an orange pump. The one just down the street from me sells it, and that's where I always buy it!
