They are pretty quick stock.
What surprises me is how many 3000gt's I've had over 330awhp (pump) and how many local dsm's can't get close to breaking that

(pump). I haven't had to many race gas dsm's, but 400 seems to be the "hard mark".

The fact is the aftermarket. The 3s was marketed to a different crowd. The "old" dsm crowd has moved on to EVO's now, with a scattered few moving to the 3s camps.
