Well since everyone else is doing it, figured I'd post up my progress. Plus I'm getting a little antsy with it being so cose to road worthy. I won't get it to the point I wanted it, but atleast I can get it road worthy so I can enjoy it a little before snowfall. I've been working on this thing ever since I've been home and it's finally starting to look like a car again!

Car is a 91 Tsi AWD. Here is the main stuff I've done to it

-Intake
-2g MAS
-FMIC and piping
-2G exhaust manifold
-PTE SCM50
-2.5" External dump O2 Housing
-3" Downpipe
-GVR4 Tranny
-Sprung 6-puck clutch
-Eibach Sportline Springs
-DME rear camber kit
-650 FIC Injectors
-Walbro 255HP
-ISC/FIAV Blocked off
-EGR Blocked off and all emissions removed
-SAFC2
-Underhood Shifter Bushings
-Interior Shifter Base Bushings
-ECU chipped to compensate for inj/2g MAS
-Axis Ultimate brake pads on stock resurfaced rotors
-Fleetfarm lawnmower battery w00t!!

That's the main stuff. I still have a few things left I need to do. I need pick up some slim fans, a fitting for the turbo, build the rest of the exhaust, and reweld a couple of the pipes that I found were leaking at the welds (that's what happens when electricians play with welders) The fun part of doing this all has been the fact that myself and Austin/IndiEP fabricated everything dealing with the piping with the exception of the O2 housing which I bought from RnR and fits totally wrong(buyers beware). My last car I had boughten everything, but this one we made everything ourselves. So there is a little more sense of accomplishment!

The things that I was hoping to get done before winter but will have to just be installed while it's in the garage for the winter...

-16x7 Flat Gunmetalic Slipstreams (on order, been waiting for over 2 months for these bastards)
-Axles
-Reupholster front leather seats
-Powdercoat the piping
-AGX's
-Cams

OK well anywho, here's the only pics I have so far. My goal with this car is for it to be quick (all i want is an 11.99 pass), yet still retain what creature comforts i can, which is why you'll see all the AC components still in there, and the Cruise Control throttle cables, and the fact that I'm reupholstering in leather, because that's all stuff I still want! Should be drivable here in a week or so I hope. I have my fingers crossed!!

Looks good man! My 1g had a nice leather interior, so I've been spoiled. The interior of most 1g's makes me cringe!

Who did your VC?
