Ya no clamps are on the couplers because as you could see, the TB Elbow and UIC pipe didn't line up right, so I had to take it off and redo it. It's all good now though! I'm taking a break right now from making the exhaust. God if I could have this thing running today, I'd be happy!

It's good to see my former radio bezel being used. Looks great Brandon!

ORBS in Yuma,AZ did the powdercoating. I found out about them right before I left and had em powdercoat it, my UIC pipe, and the TB elbow, for a total of like 30 bucks or something. Awesome deal!

Anywho I just got done with the exhaust, well kind of. I thought it was good until I took the car off the jack stands, and kinda by the rear pumpkin the piping is sitting like 5" off the ground. So I have to go back and cut and twist something because it's way too close to the ground. But I like how the muffler looks coming out of the rear. I went out to take a picture but i guess i killed the batteries last night. Oh well, I'll just take a pic once it's done and not sagging. All that's left (hopefully if nothing breaks right upon startup) is the slim fans, turbo drain fitting, fix this sag, and I should be able to take it around the block for a test drive!

Ya you like that? Thanks it worked out great. Just gotta figure out what to put in that hole for a guage. I gotta boost and EGT in my A-Pillar, and I really don't want any other guages, so I don't know what to do with that hole. Lots of stuff on this car came from others on this board, like the 2g MAS, 2G Exhaust Mani, Muffler, Walbro pump, MBC... I try to keep it real!!

Just about done with the exhaust! It's up and in place. I just gotta take it back down to reweld some spots that are just spot welded right now. Here's a couple pics. It may not be BLING quality, but I'd say me and Austin did pretty good for a couple nerds that have never done it before!

Look at those welds! SLS maybe you will understand now why I didn't put in an application for that welding job! My motto is "The bigger the glob, the better the job!"

got everything together today. New temp rims on the car. Those will change once the others get here probably, but they look nice for now! All the motor stuff is done for the most part. Only things remaining is to plug one of the coolant lines, plug the oil feed off the head, and I need to get some fans for the radiator as the stock ones do not fit anymore. I also have a small oil leak, I'm guessing from the crappy RnR Oil Drain line. But should be able to drive it soon before I store it for the winter. A couple updated pics.

She's alive! Got some exhaust leaks as I have no gaskets installed from the downpipe back. And the idle is just a tad bit lopey feeling. But all in all, I'm happy! I turned the engine over like 10 times just to get oil pumped around in the new turbo and what not, installed the MPI fuse, and VROOOOOM started right up! Took a minute for it to idle normally, I'm guessing from sitting so long. Took my dad for a test drive. He really enjoyed it, especially the part when we blew off my UIC pipe! But ya, I'm pretty excited!!

Looking good man! Now, get a heatshield on that exhaust manifold to save your remaining paint and to help keep underhood temps down. The exhaust looks to have come out pretty nicely, I like how you have it coming out the back at a slight angle.
