www.digitaltuning.com This is the "true" Pocket Logger software. It was by far my favorite and well worth the cost.

Digital Tunings Pocketlogger is well worth the cost. I just downloaded version 2.03b and it has the capability of logging Wideband o2 through PLX's wideband kits. So you can log everything and now Wideband also. All you have to do is hook up one wire to the car and thats it. So for like 290 for a non display PLX unit and like 150 for Pocketlogger and a palm that is awesome.

Than would it be better to just go with a dsmlink for a 1g?

Well ive had the software for 2 years.. the Wideband feature is brand new thats why I downloaded it. Upgrades are free...
DSMlink you still need a wideband unit I believe, so 500 for dsmlink, 200 for a laptop, 290 for a cheap wideband kit, thats way too much money for me. Plus who wants to wip out their laptop that you cant see while driving when your on your way to work or whatever. I find having a palm on my dash in great view works just fine. And now logging will be that much better.

Good point. Do you have a wide band installed?

Don't forget the $100-300 for an AFC. I was very happy with my AFC/Logger setup, if I were to build another DSM I would do the same thing again. Having to use a laptop to tune/log seems like a real PITA to me.
Yeah, it seems that way until you do it. Once you go that way you won't ever go back. Just like going to a WB02. It gives you so much more control that it is unbelievable.

For sure, now that I don't own a DSM anymore I look forward to tuning :)
