Xpride- I dont have the wideband yet, I have an extra bung arleady welded on and Im planning on ordering the PLX in the next week or so. My car isnt drivable yet...
Yea I forgot the afc and I also have maft so... the cost is about the same then. But I still dont like having a laptop in the equation.

Agreed, I was very happy with my Translator/AFC/Logger setup.

Yea they offer just the software, I would send them an email. Because for 125 you get the software and the cable.

Don't forget DSMLink does a lot more than just log. You'd need an AEM EMS to match the rest of DSMLink's features. It's worth the money if you ask me, but I also agree that the Pocketlogger is worth the money if that's all you need.
I'm with JET on the Laptop versus palm. I tried the DSMLink Palm software and the PC version is way easier to use. Not to mention faster (minus initial boot).

"We do not sell the cable or software separately. They are sold as one. If you do not have the cable, you cannot get the software from us. Anyone claiming to sell just the software is not selling a legal copy. You will not get any support from us, you are not entitled to any upgrades and we will not issue a registration code to you."

I thought the same thing at first too, until I read that. That software must be amazing, seeing as how an identical cable can be had for around 40 bux.
