So far i have not gotten a response from the guy that claimed that he would either get $1000 or my car and parts back. If nothing is settled tonight i will have to take a trip with the right people to recover my stuff. Its not a waiting game, i have the title, tyler give me answer before its too late man, we agreed that by tonight you would have an answer, pay or return my stuff.

Well as expected there was no response from him today as to what the plan was. Going to get my car and parts, whoever wants to join the cruise is welcome, beers on me for the support. Will be calling to report stolen and also taking legal action. Done with this crap.

Sorry to hear he didn't respond. Don't act rash and do something you'll regret. I'd be raging if I were you so don't act on it. Your best bet is to sue this guy. It's a pain in the ass, but at least you can hold him accountable. At least you can get the satisfaction of having him pay up.

Given the way this guy has acted, the car almost certainly has nothing of value left on it. If you feel you have to get it back, at least send someone to scout it out first to see if it's a waste of time. If it's still worthwhile, my offer still stands.

Never got an answer back...can someone help me tow my car soon? I can pay for expenses, just want to go grab my car. Its at his grandmas house which i already have the address for.

I might have cartalon tow it for me, just a heads up and new info, i know hes been posting my stuff on his facebook for sale. Which im sure is te reason why he deleted me off fb...so far he admited to have sold the trans, claimed to have the rest of the stuff. I am expecting my car back with all the parts plus $400 for the awd rebuilt trans it had.

The police may say it is a civil issue considering you let him take the vehicle even though you have the title. It may have to go to civil court.

Either way, it sucks and I hope you get your stuff back or at least get paid in full.
