I had a verbal agreement go sour with him as well a couple years ago. Sorry to hear, hopefully you get the car back.

I also had a verbal agreement for $400 and he's months late on payment. He always has some BS sob story and communication was zero until I brought it up in public.
After hearing the OP's and Brandon's stories, I highly suggest NOBODY deals with this guy. Not even to buy from.

I will be filing paperwork through civil court tomorrow agaisnt him for the amount of the car plus other legal fees. Hoping to come down to it soon and get some justice done. People like that do not deserve to be on these forum selling or buying parts. I will stay posted.
