What about your driveshaft allignment? Might be worth a shot. And if the driveshaft has been in and out quite a few times, it's possible re-shimming could help.

Those carrier bearings seem like a good idea, I'll check it out.
It's weird though too that there is no clicking or grinding of any kind.

Not going to be able too, I'm getting the snow tires put on in the morning and dropping it off there tonight. I'm most likely going to bring it to my friends shop that has a lift to do some inspection.

Yea mine is making a weird sound while acel and decel, almost sounds like a tornado siren. Im afraid its the T-case but hope its something small. Fluids were good in both t case and diff, nothing wrong with driveshaft and wheel bearings seem to be good

Jake has an ACT 6 puck I believe. I could be wrong though, if thats what you were asking goat.

Mine is a ACT 6 pluck also
